VANUA The roles of this section are as follows: Ascertain what lands and fishing rights areas are the rightful and hereditary property of native owners; Adjudicate in disputes on the rightful ownership of Native Lands and Customary Fishing Rights; Amendment in disputes relating to customary headship/title; Amendment of the Register of Native Lands; Maintenance of records; Ascertain extinct Mataqali; Extraction of Yavusa statements and overall provision of information to clients either by correspondences or services.
